At Ambleside Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original protective packaging to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your home at a scheduled time that works for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
